Tips Andrew Huitink August 26, 2024
Starting this August, the real estate world is getting a shake-up, and it’s changing how buyers and sellers work with Real Estate Agents across the country. Do I think these new rules may throw a wrench in the works for consumers? Without a doubt. My concern is that it might create new headaches for buyers that we’ve never had to deal with before.
But here's the deal: after years of navigating the wild ride in real estate, and mastering the ever-changing tax landscape in my prior professional career, I’ve built up quite the resilience to whatever the market throws my way. So, despite these new challenges, I’m fully committed to keeping my clients in the loop with the latest information, ensuring they’re making the smartest decisions when it comes to buying or selling their homes.
I'll be your guide through these changes!
Below is a short video where I explain the NAR Settlement New Rules.
Also, another video where I dive into detail about the Buyer Representation Agreements.
Hopefully these videos helped answer some questions about the recent changes to the way you buy or sell a home, if not see the page below .
